Landericus – German Residential Property Fund Landericus Limited was incorporated in Guernsey as an investment fund. On 8 August 2008 the fund received consent under the Control of Borrowing (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Ordinance from the Guernsey Financial Services Commission to operate as a Registered Closed-Ended Investment Fund. The Fund is managed by Landericus Fund Management (Guernsey) Limited, a Guernsey based fund manager licensed by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission. The Property Manager is Circle, The Property Advisor is Kexgill Limited and the Investment Manager is TradeRisks Limited. TradeRisks Limited is a discretionary investment and management firm authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority of the United Kingdom since November 2001. TradeRisks Limited is also registered as an Investment Adviser with the Securities & Exchange Commission of the United States. Circle have been active in the property sector for over 40 years and manages a considerable portfolio across the UK. Kexgill Limited have been active in the property sector for 30 years and has a substantial presence in the UK as well as a significant portfolio of properties in Germany.
